To gain media accreditation, you must:

1) Be a reporter, writer, editor, videographer or photographer

2) Freelance media wishing to attend must prove assignment or proof of past coverage

3) Be covering for a news source relevant to food, beverage, cooking, restaurant, health, home,
entertainment, lifestyles or related categories

4) Complete this form in full

Those not eligible to receive accreditation include:

1) Publicists, advertising, sales and marketing personnel

2) Those writing for company newsletters and other limited circulation publications

Media badges will be available for pick up at the media desk next to the exhibitor badge pick up area of the delegate concourse at the Vancouver Convention Centre Hall C. Identification will be required at time of pick up. Badges must be clearly displayed on clothing for the duration of the show.

To register on-site, you must provide:

1) The completed media registration form,

2) A copy of a press card from a recognized media outlet with current membership status.

Third-party media cards will not be accepted. Non-credentialed companions of media representatives must enter through the public entrance.
