Don't get caught in scams! If you are coming in from out of town, book your own hotel rooms. There is currently a scam of people calling exhibitors about hotel rooms. We DO NOT USE A BOOKING AGENCY. All exhibitors are responsible for booking their own hotel rooms directly. Do not give a 'deposit' or any credit card information over the phone if you did not book the hotel directly from the hotel source.
