3. Follow the on-screen instructions to book your booth directly or submit your request.
4. A 50% deposit is required to book and confirm your exhibit space, with the remainder due in November 2026.
5. We offer exhibit spaces in a range of sizes and budgets including:
• 10ft wide x 6ft deep,
• 10ft wide x 8ft deep,
• 10ft wide x 10ft deep,
• 20ft wide x 10ft deep,
• 20ft wide x 20ft deep and larger

The cost of exhibit space includes:

Four (4) exhibitor staff badges (additional badges available for $20 each)

20 FREE passes for your guests

The exhibit space cost does not include:

Additional furnishings beyond the standard table and chairs
Exhibitors must adhere to the show’s rules and regulations stated in the Exhibitor Manual. Deposits will be fully refunded if applications are not accepted. Applications submitted without deposit will not be processed and space cannot be assigned. Cancellations must be in writing; deposits will be refunded less an administration fee of 50% of funds already received, if notification is by November 20, 2026. After that date, the full balance of the booking is payable.
Important Notes:
1. All exhibit spaces include standard commercial general liability insurance.
2. Exhibitors planning to sample or sell food or beverages; lotions, soaps, or other skincare products; nutritional or dietary supplements; weight-loss products or programs; medical testing services; pharmaceuticals; nutraceuticals; or vitamins must purchase additional insurance or provide a certificate of insurance covering these activities in accordance with the event’s terms and conditions. Exhibitors offering these types of products or services are also required to complete the Vancouver Coastal Health forms included in the Exhibitor Service Kit: https://www.thewellnessshow.com/exhibitor-service-kit
3. Exhibitors sampling food or beverages must have proper hand-sanitizing in their booth or purchase access to the Shared Sink to ensure appropriate hand-sanitizing facilities.
