We have been made aware that some exhibitors have received emails from a third-party company claiming to offer discounted hotel accommodations for The Wellness Show 2027 at the Vancouver Convention Centre.
These emails are NOT affiliated with The Wellness Show or EventWorx
Corporation, and we have not authorized any company to contact exhibitors regarding hotel reservations. DO NOT CLICK ON THE BOOKING LINK.
Scam #2
Companies writing emails or calling you from a 1-800 number regarding selling you the Attendee or Exhibitor List on behalf of The Wellness Expo.
EventWorx does not rent, sell, share or distribute ANY data related to our events, in compliance with Canada's FOIP, PIPEDA and CASL laws.
DO NOT purchase any data purported to be from The Wellness Show.

Scam #3
Companies writing emails or calling regarding your payment of Exhibit Space, requesting credit card information over the phone.
The ONLY people who will contact you regarding your payment are EventWorx staff. We do NOT allow credit card information over the phone - EventWorx has an online payment system that we use.
Unfortunately, scams targeting exhibitors have become increasingly common throughout the events industry. These companies often obtain publicly available exhibitor information and falsely imply they are working with event organizers.
